Damage:
Very occasionally guests cause damage during their stay.We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or replacement costs.

Cancellations made within 14 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice incur an administration fee of 35% of the total booking fee.
