The Neatherwood Room can sleep an extra adult (Triple Rate P.O.A. by prior arrangement).
Cotswold is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Single rates available from $125 (subject to availability)
Chef-cooked hosted dinners and BBQ's available by prior arrangement - $40 per person for a two course meal or $50 per person for a three course meal. Hosted BBQ - $65 per couple
Airport Shuttle Service can be arranged (P.O.A.)

Unless otherwise arranged, your arrival should be between 3.30pm and 6pm and check out before 10am on the day of departure.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ROOMS ARE HELD AS CONFIRMED BOOKINGS UNTIL 6PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL

While we do all we can to ensure that guests’ belongings are safe and secure at all times, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests' property in The Cottage, car park or grounds.
Damage:
Very occasionally guests cause damage during their stay.We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or replacement costs.

Because we are small cancellations affect us badly.
For cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the booking date we charge the 1st night's accommodation.
Cancellations for bookings made within 7 days or less of the stay date will be charged in full.
No shows are charged in full.
Cancellations are accepted in writing only. If you wish to cancel your reservation please let us know by email.
