From Auckland take State Highway (SH1) on the Southern Motorway to Pokeno, turn left onto State Highway 2 (SH2) and follow the signs to Thames via State Highway 25 (SH25).
Just after travelling across a long, traffic light controlled, one way bridge, you reach Kopu.
Turn left following the sign to Thames.
Just before reaching the Thames Airfield, turn right into Maramarahi Road - Cotswold Cottage is on the right hand side after the road makes a right turn.
From Cotswold Cottage it is just 5 minutes to Thames township and the perfect base for visiting all the Coromandel Peninsula attractions >>>>
About Us
"Let us introduce ourselves. Our names are Graham and Jacqui and we are the lucky owners of the Cotswold Cottage Bed and Breakfast in Thames, New Zealand. Just like you, we love to travel and have visited almost every corner of the world before settling in the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula."
What began as a relaxing holiday for us became a complete work/life change once we realised what New Zealand had to offer us, most specifically the potential to own and work in such a delightful B and B as this one.
We are passionate about hospitality and Jacqui has a real flair for wonderful cooking, having previously owned and run a hotel, restaurant and real ale pub.
When we stay away from home we like to feel special, stay in fantastic modern and contemporary rooms and be able to enjoy a relaxing visit in a warm, friendly environment.
We also like to feel that we can ask for information on local attractions and amenities, safe in the knowledge that we will receive good honest advice from hosts that will go that extra mile to make us feel welcome.
